Description: This horizontal menu shows how straight lines can be replaced with any shape you wish. The only draw back with this css script is that the width of each button cannot be altered to suit the amount of text within. I am still working on a way around this problem, but for now "It is what it is!"

Free css green horizontal menu. This free menu is quick and simple to create. I`ve made the hover just a simple background colour instead of an image, this saves any slow down. If an image is preferred create a larger image with the hover image out of sight... Then the hover uses "background-position" style to switch positions upon hover (1 image 2 positions). This should avoid any slow down on image swap.
