Free css green horizontal menu. This free menu is quick and simple to create. I`ve made the hover just a simple background colour instead of an image, this saves any slow down. If an image is preferred create a larger image with the hover image out of sight... Then the hover uses "background-position" style to switch positions upon hover (1 image 2 positions). This should avoid any slow down on image swap.
Big Yellow Button. Some visitors to your websites may have poor vision or disabilities which prohibits them from clicking on small buttons easily. This problem is easily remedied with very little css code and minimal effort... and it looks better than your boring old hypertext. Don`t forget that even though scripts like this use images, they are still just hypertext!
Bright Yellow Vertical Menu. If your website is bright and sunny then add this vertical menu to give it a splash of class.
Chrome Horizontal Menu. There is something about metal and menus. This horizontal chrome menu shows off the css z-index attribute. By bringing the hover state to the front of the other buttons it is possible to overlap the buttons, replace the image and allow us to create curved borders on each button. Try this technique out yourself and see what interesting borders you can produce on your horizontal menus. Don`t forget to submit them to us and get a page dedicated to your design.
Curved Horizontal Menu. This horizontal menu shows how straight lines can be replaced with any shape you wish. The only draw back with this css script is that the width of each button cannot be altered to suit the amount of text within. I am still working on a way around this problem, but for now "It is what it is!"
